My neighbor is.. strange. This site is to chronicle the miracle that is my next door neighbor.

For the record, Richard has always been a sweet and reasonably quite neighbor. He has never caused me or anyone I have talked to any trouble. He’s just a strange, brilliant and quite possibly OCD older gentleman.
